Navy Yard Parking Lot

This project will expand parking capacity at the Charleston Naval Complex in North Charleston, South Carolina, in support of ongoing operations at the former Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) Building 198. The Navy Yard Parking Lot will consist of a new 164-space asphalt surface parking lot on approximately 2.33 acres at 1621 Truxtun Avenue, and includes site preparation and demolition, grading and earthwork, stormwater and drainage infrastructure, site lighting, and landscaping.
