Industrial development
Industrial development- Provides general rail services to industrial sites adjacent to our owned right-of-way within the Lowcountry region of South Carolina.

Locomotive repair and leasing
Locomotive repair and leasing- Provides locomotive leasing, servicing and maintenance needs within the Lowcountry region of South Carolina.
- Our fleet consists of EMD locomotives ranging from 1000 HP to 2500 HP, are blue card ready and come with 24/7 mechanical support.
- Technical and mechanical support for customers with their own locomotives including all CFR 49 Part 229 inspections and tests, multiple dual access shop locations and mobile repair availability.
Rail car line-haul, switching and storage
Rail car line-haul, switching and storage- Provides single and dual access short line and terminal switching rail service on our properties located in Charleston, Berkeley, Colleton and Hampton Counties in South Carolina with connections to CSX Transportation and Norfolk Southern.
- We are the terminal switching provider for all of the South Carolina Port Authority rail-served marine facilities in the Port of Charleston.

Rail car repair
Rail car repair- Recognized through the AAR as an Inspection and Repair Facility handling all AAR Rule 1 inspections and repairs.
- Provides shop facilities with connections to both CSX Transportation and Norfolk Southern as well as mobile inspections and repairs within the Charleston region.
- All Carmen performing rail car repairs are qualified Designated Inspectors in compliance with CFR 49 Part 215.11. Welding certified in compliance with AWS D15.1 standards.
Track maintenance-of-way and construction
Track maintenance-of-way and construction- Provides track inspection, maintenance and construction services for industry track within the greater Charleston area following FRA CFR Parts 213 and 214 compliance requirements.
- Inspection services, general maintenance and emergency repair services are available under continuous contract or as a one-time need.
